By downloading or using Musez ("the App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, including our policies on content, copyright, and artificial intelligence features. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Musez is provided for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Upload content you do not own or have permission to use
Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI technology
Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
Violate the intellectual property rights of artists or content creators

3. Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same:

All artwork images analysed by the App remain the property of their respective copyright holders
Users may only upload images they own or have proper permission to use
We do not claim ownership of any user-uploaded content or artwork images

4. Artificial Intelligence Features

Musez uses AI to analyse and provide insights about artwork. Please note:

AI-generated analysis is for informational and educational purposes only
AI insights are not professional art appraisals or expert opinions
The accuracy of AI-generated content may vary and should be verified through other sources
We continuously improve our AI models; analysis results may change over time

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its AI features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis, decisions made based on AI-provided information, or any copyright issues arising from user-uploaded content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
